Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro through an online secure site RBS Worldpay. Your credit card information will be collected at the time of placing your online order.
Shipping And Handling
Shipping anywhere in U.K. for orders valuing less than £90.00 and weighing less than 1kg is included in the product price. For all orders over £90.00 or over 1kg delivery is by carrier and free within UK mainland. We can offer a service to the islands, however an extra cost will be incurred. Please contact us for details.
For next day delivery of any products your order needs to be placed before 1pm. There are no deliveries at the weekend and orders placed on a Friday before 1pm will be delivered on Monday.
Delivery Schedule
We will normally send your order to you within 4 working days, although we aim to dispatch goods within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
Prices shown may be stated inclusive or exclusive of VAT. Where prices shown are stated exclusive of VAT, this will be payable at the prevailing rate which is currently 17.5%.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee and full refund will be made on receipt of the undamaged goods to our warehouse.
For items delivered by Royal Mail please allow up to 28 days for delivery, after which if you have still not received the order we will resend the items.
